The puddings in this drawing are white and black pudding. They are more like sausages, especially the black, which is similar to Spanish blood sausages. They have to do with this activity.

Eso del dibujo que parecen salchichas son un púdin blanco y un púdin negro. Son parecidos a las morcillas, sobre todo el negro, que lleva sangre. Tienen que ver con esta actividad.
