Curmudgeon, how can I make you understand that borrowing books is not the same as stealing them? People return borrowed books. I should know. I´ve been a librarian for five hundred years.

Cuando vuelva de donde quiera que esté, encontrará todos y cada uno de los libros que dejó aquíexactamente donde deben estar, que es cogiendo polvo en las estanterias para que tú les sacudas. Hasta va a encontrar más libros de los que dejó. Libro alado que se acerque por aquí a espiar, libro al que derribaré con mi tirachinas. Como al Mata Hari gordito al que dejé sin sentido y metí en una jaula.

No, no I´m not! I´ll show you what book thieves are like. I caught two budding book thieves early this morning and I´ve put them in a cage right in the main hall of the library.
