Creating luxurious menus is my thing, but designing 60 new dishes with unfamiliar ingredients in only three hours is a record for me, magical as I may be.

Crear cartas de lujo es lo mío, pero diseñar 60 platos nuevos y con ingredientes nuevos para mí en sólo tres horas es todo un record por muy mágico que uno sea.

When green, the Buddha´s hand looks like a bunch of Italian peppers that were born Siamese, but it really is a citrus fruit that tastes like lemon, which becomes more evident once it ripens and turns yellow.

Cuando está verde, la mano de Buda parece un manojo de pimientos italianos que han nacido siameses, pero en realidad es un cítrico que sabe bastante a limón, cosa que se aprecia mejor cuando madura y se vuelve amarilla.

It will go well with a pâté of golden egg layer goose, overworked to death by an exceedingly greedy owner.

Quedará bien con un paté de oca ponedora de huevos de oro agotada hasta morir por un dueño demasiado ansioso.

I’ve invited half of the Vicious Villains Society to the inaguration and I’m going to be the laughingstock of my peers. Why didn’t I invite the other half? Because I want there to be envy among them, of course. It´s good for this business. By the way, has anyone remembered to invite the hoovers?

Why the hell should people who don’t know how to steal get things for free? They should at least make an effort to learn, like I did. You know how I've studied all this I have planned here? And if there´s something I hate it’s people who lie to little kids. High time they were stopped.
