Let's see if I get this right. These are three different kinds of sentences they always teach you after explaining the passive voice because they are in some ways similar.
A) It …..is…..verbo en participio…..that…..oración entera.
It…..is…..said…..that…..Madonna is a better businesswoman than singer.
It…..is…..thought…..that …..Paris is the city of love.
It …..is….. believed….that …..spinach makes children strong.
Practice:
1. English people believe that black cats are lucky.
2. There is a rumor that Jane has left her husband.
3. People say that money begets money.

5. They say the police found the stolen money.
B) Sujeto…..be…..verbo en participio…..to…..verbo en infiitivo…..resto.
Madonna…….is…....said……to……be……....a clever businesswoman.
Paris………..is……..thought...to…...be……....the city of love.
His music…..is…reported…....to…...sound…...terrible.

2ª mitad: sujeto pasivo...participio…resto.
Susan…had/got...her hair…cut…today.
We…are having/ are getting…the car…fixed…here.
She…had had / had got…the beds…made…for us.
