A Nerdy Summer Dialogue / Díalogo veraniego para empollones

Look what a curious, somewhat summery  song Mr. Shakespeare has written for those who love to lie in the shade of a leafy tree like you and I are doing while we review summer vocabulary. 'Tis not only a song but a dialogue, and I say a dialogue since it was written to be sung by two persons of different tastes.

Mira que curiosa canción de aire estival ha escrito el Sr. Shakespeare para los que gustan de tumbarse a la sombra de un buen árbol, como lo estamos haciendo tú y yo, amigo Sancho, repasando vocabulario de verano. Además de canción, es una especie de díalogo también, pues fue escrita para ser cantada por dos personas de gustos divergentes.

The dialogues our teacher teaches us are simpler than this one. But we'll use it. I'm sure the first two stanzas suit you best. I'm more practical, so I'll do the third and last one.

Los díalogos que nos pone nuestro profe son más sencillos que éste. Pero lo utilizaremos. A usted le van más las dos primeras partes. Yo soy más práctico, así que cantaré la última.
